But I also think that in order to build trust you as a leader have to seek it, maybe this strategy could be used as an exercise where both questioner and respondent participate by exchanging roles. Or maybe have a conversation before the exercise to break the ice. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for the comment Debbie!</description>
